Check out some of my  Natural Self -Care tips for a Staycation Wellness Retreat at home:

*Meditate- there are some great apps like Calm and Insight Timer that I highly recommend; Loving Kindness Meditations, Chakra Activation and Crystal Bowls are my favourite!

*Yoga – some of the best teachers are providing yoga on Zoom, You Tube or Instagram stories; Restorative and Yoga Nidra are great relaxing yoga practices. I love using my Corc mat!

*Read- pick up books that are good for the soul; Check out my top picks for Inspirational Reads here

*Epsom Salt baths- add in your favourite essential oils like Lavender, Ylang Ylang or Eucalyptus; check out my favourite doTERRA Essential oils here

*DIY Facials and Scrubs- take care of your skin!!! Use all natural ingredients like avocado, honey, cocoa, coconut oil and don’t forget to use your Essentials!

*Diffuse Essential Oils- my favourite is lavender, any citrus scents and bergamot; you can check out some tips on Essential Oils Uses and Benefits here

*Journal and Dream boards- This is a great way to manifest your dreams and write out your feelings; I love to write daily in a gratitude journal. Check out my Pinterest boards for some Inspiration. 

*Connect with your Friends and Family

*Take Naps; Rest when you need to!

*Vitamin C and other great supplements such as Vitamin D, Magnesium, Vitamin B complex and Omegas and many more

*Eat Healthy and eat the rainbow; I’m making great use of my vitamix, juicing and trying out new recipes as well as incorporating more vegan friendly meals

*Hydrate yourself with water; my go to is warm water and lemon to start in the morning

*Walk in Nature- get some fresh air and enjoy free nature therapy and forest bathing

*Feel all the Feelings and just BE! Sit in the stillness…
